On Day 2 we will stop in Sorrento, Italy where the tastes are sweet and the skies are sunny. Stroll down some of it's pedestrian-only streets and take in the sweet aroma of Sorrento. If you love to eat, you’ll find the dining experience here second to none. Lemon is the star in Sorrento’s cuisine; it’s in everything: risotto, olive oil, gelato, and of course, limoncello.
On Day 3 we will stop in Syracuse, Sicily. This city is rich in Culture. Syracuse was once one of the largest and most important cities in Western Civilization, and its long history and strong culture means there’s still a lot to see and do. On Day 4 enjoy a relaxing day at sea or maybe take in a clothing optional pool party. Day 5 you will wake up to the beautiful whites and blues of Santorini, Greece. It’s been said the sunset from Oja, on the island of Santorini, is the most beautiful in the world. But you don’t have to wait until dusk to see your share of postcard-worthy views, Santorini is stunning
any time of day. Take a dip into deep history on Day 6 as we port in Kusadasi (Ephesus), Greece. Kusadasi and its beaches and restaurants, or nearby places like Dilek Peninsula National Park are a site to see. The Library of Celsus, still magnificent almost 2,000 years later, and the 24,000-capacity Great Theatre, where St. Paul used to preach. Just as you think we are winding down, Day 7 hits us with a little spice. Mykonos, Greece is known as the “IBIZA OF GREECE” As soon as the sun goes down, it’s time to let loose. Mykonos has a serious party scene that’s not for the faint of heart. Day 8 you made it to the spot you have been dreaming about the entire journey Athens (Piraeus), Greece! Piraeus is known as the Cradle Of European Civilization because this is where it all began.
You could spend a lifetime in Europe’s oldest city and still not see everything it has to offer. Settled over 3,500 years ago, Athens is like a mythological crossroads of the past and present, where modern buildings share the skyline with spectacular ruins like the Parthenon. Make your way to Vasilissis Amalias Street for the archaeological line-up in the heart of the ancient city, including the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Ancient Agora, Arch of Hadrian, and of course, the Acropolis.
